Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what her planned timetable is for the publication of her Department's report on tier one investor visas; and for what reason the report has not yet been published.

The Government is considering its response on the findings of its review of the Tier 1 Investor visa programmes operation between 30 June 2008 and November 2015, which will be provided as soon as practicably possible, taking into account the need to safeguard our national security and the ongoing work of our law enforcement agencies.
