The shortest time for an individual aged 18 or over who is not severely immunosuppressed to receive two primary dose COVID-19 vaccinations and a booster would be approximately five months.

The dose interval between a booster dose and second dose was changed from six months to a minimum of three months at that point, to enable maximum protection from the Omicron variant.
