Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, which courts will enforce environmental legislation when the UK leaves the EU.
This question was answered on 14th September 2017
After we leave the European Union, the UK’s environmental legislation will be enforced and upheld by the courts in the various jurisdictions within the UK.
