Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, with reference to the Homes for Ukraine scheme, what advice his Department provides to local authorities when an accommodation check has failed.

Government has written to local authorities to set out plans which introduce a mechanism for local authorities to formally rematch Homes for Ukraine guests with new sponsors in certain circumstances.
