Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 15 December to Question 90938 on China: Olympic Games, whether UK diplomatic representatives will attend the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.

As the Prime Minister has made clear, no officials or ministers will represent the UK Government at the Beijing Winter Olympics or Paralympics. This includes diplomats from the British Embassy in Beijing.
