Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many (a) schools or (b) education trusts have received demands for backdated VAT, where HMRC has deemed that institution liable, due to their provision of tablet computers, laptops or other electronic devices to students, for each of the past five years.
