Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for what reason the number of fee waivers for applications for leave to remain on human rights grounds increased between Q1 and Q2 of 2022.

The published Immigration and Protection data for Q2 2022 shows that the number of fee waiver applications received in Q2 was approximately 10% fewer than in Q1.
