Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many miles of the rail network have been electrified in England in each year since 2010.

A total of 481 route miles of Great Britain’s rail network has been electrified since April 2010. A year by year breakdown of this from 2010 to 2019 is as follows:
