Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference page 5 of the Sixth Special Report of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Merging success: Bringing together the FCO and DFID: Government Response to Committee’s Second Report, published on 24 September 2020, HC 809, page 5 printed on the 22 September, whether his Department plans to make voluntary redundancies due to the merger of his Department with the Department for International Development.

As with all departments, workforce plans will be considered through the Spending Review.
