To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, who was consulted in deciding on the personnel and terms of reference of a review into the secondary ticketing market; and how such consultees were selected.

My Rt hon Friend the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills is currently considering who should Chair the Review and who should assist them.

The proposed Terms of Reference has been drafted in consultation with relevant stakeholders, including the ticketing and event industries, and will be finalised by the Chair to the Review.
