Autism: Carers

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will update the Survey of Adult Carers in England form to include a separate option of autism under the conditions listed under the Does the person you care for have question in recognition of learning disabilities and difficulties not being a defining feature of autism.
This question was answered on 7th January 2022
The Department and NHS Digital intend to review the Survey of Adult Care in England in 2022/23. The review will include both the content and the method of delivery and we will consider this within the review.
