Information prior to 2014 is not held. The Department does not hold the information from 2015 onwards in the format requested and it can only be provided at disproportionate cost.

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has targeted the worst performing Service Family Accommodation (SFA) to improve thermal efficiency of 2,782 service homes over the past three years, at a rate of £25 million per year. 76% of the 47,396 boilers in SFA are less than 10 years old. Approximately 2,500 boilers are replaced annually within SFA.
