Educational Broadcasting: English Language

Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they plan to discuss with the BBC the possibility of increasing the number of English language tuition programmes it broadcasts.
This question was answered on 14th September 2018
The BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government. The provision of BBC services, including English language tuition programmes, is a matter for the BBC.
