The possible benefits from the proposed Traceable Radiometry Underpinning Terrestrial-and-Helio-Studies (TRUTHS) satellite mission were the subject of a challenge workshop hosted in 2013 by the UK Centre for Earth Observation Instrumentation and Space Technology (CEOI-ST), which is funded by the UK Space Agency.

The outputs of the CEOI-ST investigation are currently being considered by the UK Space Agency.
