To ask Her Majesty’s Government, in the last Parliament, which regulations were introduced and which were removed, listed by the clusters of which two were removed for each regulation introduced.

The calculation of One-in, Two-out was based on finding £2 of deregulatory savings for every £1 of new regulatory costs, rather than by counting the number of regulations introduced or removed.
