Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether any agreement has been reached between the UK and the government of Libya providing for Libyan investment in the UK instead of direct compensation being paid to victims of Libyan-supplied Semtex.
This question was answered on 3rd December 2018
There has been no investment agreement between the UK and Libya in lieu of direct compensation for victims.
