Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what support they will give to an international investigation into violations of international humanitarian law by parties to the conflict in Gaza.

Since the beginning of Israel's current campaign, the UK has had three immediate priorities - to secure a ceasefire, to alleviate humanitarian suffering, and to keep alive the prospects for peace negotiations which are the only hope of breaking this cycle of violence and devastation once and for all. We call on all parties to the conflict in Gaza to adhere to International Humanitarian Law and support action toward ensuring accountability.
