Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the possible effects that new customs checks could have on operations at UK ports in the event of a no deal Brexit.

The government continues to engage with ports and the businesses who use them, to discuss the requirements which will apply in a no deal scenario and ensure they are ready operationally.
