Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they are taking steps to achieve a better definition and distribution of responsibility for issues affecting Europe between (1) the Council of Europe, (2) the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, (3) NATO, and (4) the EU.

​The UK shares common values with Europe, and faces common threats. We will continue to cooperate across a wide range of issues once we have left the EU and will remain members of the Council of Europe, the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and NATO, each of which have an important part to play in supporting co-operation in Europe and beyond. We will continue to work with our allies and partners to ensure that these organisations modernise and adapt to evolving challenges.
