Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask His Majesty's Government, further to the oral evidence by David Kogan to the House of Commons Culture, Media and Sport Committee on 7 May and his subsequent appointment as the Chair of the Independent Football Regulator, why the public appointments website Independent Football Regulator x4 Non-Executive Board Members does not list the donations he stated he made to (1) Lisa Nandy, and (2) Sir Keir Starmer.

Section 9.5 of the Governance Code on Public Appointments sets out the reporting requirements for panel members of public appointment campaigns. I can confirm that the published appointment details for the Independent Football Regulator x4 Non-Executive Board Members is compliant with the Governance Code.
