Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what is their response to the assessment in David Anderson QC’s annual report that the definition of terrorism is currently too broad.

The Government welcomes Mr. David Anderson QC’s fourth annual report on the operation of the Terrorism Acts in 2013, which was laid in Parliament on
Tuesday 22nd.
We will consider his recommendations in detail and respond in due course.
