Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what representations they are making to the government of Israel about the violent seizure of a Palestinian home in the Old City of Jerusalem by Israeli settlers who were supported by the Israeli police on 5 March.

While we have not raised the specific case in question, we condemn any incidence of violence by settlers against Palestinians and have stressed the importance of the Israeli security forces providing appropriate protection to the Palestinian civilian population.
