Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the role of the UK in the EU’s investigation into possible data misuse by Amazon.

The Government has made no such assessment. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is responsible for enforcing competition law in the UK. The CMA will work with the European Commission during this investigation.
