Typhoid: Vaccination

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they consider there to be adequate supplies of typhoid vaccine; and, if not, what are the reasons for any shortage and when they expect adequate supplies to be available.

Typhoid vaccine is available from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (“Typhim Vi”) and MASTA (“Vivotif”), neither of whom is currently experiencing any supply problems.
