Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they have made any requests for account information from Dropbox using the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty with the United States.
This question was answered on 6th November 2014
The Home Office does not currently hold a central record of which company is the subject of a request under the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty with the US.
