Question
To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they are considering increasing the maximum penalty that can be imposed on secondary-market operators for breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We have no plans to change the enforcement provisions of the secondary ticketing rules in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which only came into force on 27 May 2015.
