Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government on how many occasions during 2014 the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, under their information-sharing agreement, was given access to information held on the Police National Computer.
This question was answered on 5th October 2015
The RSPCA does not have direct access to PNC. If the RSPCA need a PNC check they will contact the relevant local police force under the data sharing agreement. There is no central record of the number of enquiries made.
