Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what was the cost of deporting failed asylum seekers to their country of origin in (1) 2000, (2) 2010, and (3) 2014.

The Home Office does not store information on the amount spent annually on returning failed asylum seekers so this information cannot be provided except at disproportionate cost.
