Armed Forces personnel in the UK receive dental care through Defence Medical Command (DMedC) to ensure operational readiness. This service is available to all regular uniformed personnel, while families stationed overseas are supported by Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) clinics. Within the UK, families and dependents usually access NHS dental care. The department recognises this can be challenging due to location changes and is engaged with the NHS to support access for Armed Forces' families to NHS dental care.
