To ask Her Majesty's Government, in the light of the Human Rights Watch report In Custody: Police Torture and Abductions in Turkey, released on 12 October, when they last raised concerns about detention abuses with the government of Turkey.

We have studied the Human Rights Watch Report released on 12 October. We regularly raise human rights concerns with the Turkish Government at ministerial and senior official level, including, where necessary, alleged abuses in detention. We will continue to engage with the Turkish Government at all levels on our concerns, and to monitor the situation closely.
