Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they are planning to give immediate notice under Article 50 that the UK intends to leave the EU.

We must leave in the way agreed in law by Britain and other member states, which means following the process set out in Article 50 of the Treaty on the European Union. The Prime Minister has been clear we will trigger Article 50 by the end of March 2017.
