Question to the Department for Education:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government when the Equality and Human Rights Commission was asked to prepare specific guidance on managing reasonable adjustments in higher education.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission published guidance for further and higher education providers on how to avoid unlawful discrimination in 2014. The guidance – “What equality law means for you as an education provider – further and higher education” includes guidance and information about reasonable adjustments in higher education.
