To ask Her Majesty's Government how many deaths as a result of COVID-19 have occurred in a hospital, broken down by each hospital.

Data broken down by trusts and regions on deaths of patients who have died in hospitals in England and had tested positive for COVID-19 at time of death or where COVID-19 was mentioned on the death certificate is attached, due to the size of the data.
