Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what was the average fine levied by the Gangmasters Licensing Authority in each of the last five years in (1) the United Kingdom, and (2) each region of the United Kingdom.

The Gangmasters Licensing Authority, which operates in accordance with the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004, has no legal power to impose fines. That power rests with the courts.
