Train Operating Companies: Tax Avoidance

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they are aware of any train operating companies or train leasing companies using offshore companies or structures, including captive insurance vehicles, to minimise the amount of tax paid to HMRC; and if not, whether they have any plans to seek such information.
