Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what representations they have made to the government of Israel concerning the shooting of Saleh Samer Attiyeh Mahmoud with a sponge bullet on 14 November.

While our officials in Tel Aviv have not raised this specific case with the Israeli authorities, we have raised our concerns about the manner in which the Israel Defence Forces polices non-violent protests, including the use of lethal and non-lethal ammunition.
