Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what progress has been made in improving the flow of traffic across the border between Spain and Gibraltar in the last six months.

While it is encouraging to see that delays at the border between Gibraltar and Spain have continued to improve over the last six months, disproportionate checks by the Spanish authorities are still in place and continue to unjustly impact on the lives of ordinary EU citizens.
