Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the economic benefits to Israel of operation Protective Edge; and to what extent the United Kingdom has benefited from the testing of weapons during that action.

The British Government has not made any assessment of the impact on the Israeli economy, beneficial or not, of Operation Protective Edge. The UK has not benefitted in any way from the ‘testing’ of weapons.
