Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what action, if any, they are taking about the case of Mr Alaa Abd El Fattah and his lawyer Mr Mohamed El-Baqer, both arrested in Egypt on 29 September.

We are concerned about the arrest of activist Alaa Abd El Fattah and his lawyer Mohammed El-Baqer, including reports that they have been mistreated in prison. Officials in Cairo raised both of these cases with the Egyptian authorities on 3 October.
