Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what percentage of children and young people referred to child and adolescent mental health services in England were not allocated a service in 2015–16; and what proportion of the cases in which a service was not allocated resulted from (1) lack of available trained staff, (2) lack of funding, and (3) both.
