Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen on 6 December (HL3463), whether they will establish a cross party commission with representatives from national and local government to create an action plan to reduce the incidence of threatening behaviour against those holding public office.

We note the issue raised and will continue to consider whether any appropriate steps need to be taken in light of any developments.
