Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the extent of misinformation by foreign states and its impact on UK relations with those states; and what action they are taking to counter this.

Relationships between states should be built on honest foundations and our Government takes seriously any attempts by Foreign States to deliberately mislead. We monitor and assess these cases and respond appropriately.
