Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Gardiner of Kimble on 8 December (HL3602), whether they will place a copy of the Hunting Act 2004 Investigators Manual in the Library of the House.
This question was answered on 21st December 2017
The Hunting Act 2004 Investigators Manual was produced by the Association of Chief Police Officers and issued to Forces as a guide to enforcing the Hunting Act 2004. Any decision on making it publicly available is now a matter for the National Police Chiefs’ Council.
