Question

To ask the Senior Deputy Speaker, further to the Written Answer by the Senior Deputy Speaker on 19 July 2017 (HL599) concerning the resource costs of £1,104K to the House of Lords for Parliamentary Broadcasting, what proportion of the total cost of the shared service that sum represents.

The £1,104k represents 40% of the total Parliamentary Broadcasting Unit spend, excluding depreciation. This is in line with the agreed 40:60 split of broadcasting costs between the House of Lords and the House of Commons.
