Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask His Majesty's Government what plans they have, if any, to review (1) the conveyancing system, and (2) associated legislation.

Last year we signalled our intent in the Levelling Up White Paper to work with industry to improve the home buying and selling process. We are currently developing a detailed plan to take this work forward and will make further announcements in due course.
