Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the reported wounding of Palestinian photo-journalists by the Israeli Defence Force.

Officials in our Embassy in Tel Aviv have registered our concerns with the Israel Defence Forces about the reported wounding of Palestinian photo-journalists. Protection of the freedom of the media is an important attribute of human rights. We will continue to raise individual cases in which Palestinian journalists have been shot with the Israeli authorities.
