Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask Her Majesty's Government, following the decision of the High Court which found that their consent for two gas-power units at Drax followed legal procedures, what plans they have to review their consent for these facilities to account for any increased role of renewable electricity generation resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

There are no plans to review the consent granted on 4 October 2019 for the Drax Power Station Re-Powering Project.
