Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what representations they have made to the government of Israel concerning its reported recent authorisation of the use of force during interrogations.

Officials from our Embassy in Tel Aviv have raised this issue with the Israeli National Security Council. They denied that Israel used force during interrogations as part of the operation to locate the three kidnapped teenagers.
