BBC: Equal Pay

Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Ashton of Hyde on 25 January (HL4692) and in the light of the report by PricewaterhouseCoopers into on-air pay and the criticisms of its findings by the BBC Women campaign group, what discussions they have had with the BBC regarding its obligation to address the gender pay gap.
