Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they intend to call for international sanctions to encourage Israeli observance of the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child; and if so, what form of sanctions they propose.
This question was answered on 19th February 2018
The Government has no plans to call for international sanctions on Israel. We continue to encourage the Israeli authorities to meet their obligations under the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child.
